A Today view with an agenda and a calendar, habits with a target per week, and a focus timer for the task in front of you. Every task, habit and focus session is encrypted end-to-end; sync between devices with a passphrase and the server only ever stores ciphertext.
Six things that keep you productive without handing the keys to your data over to a server.
One tab for the day: overdue / open / due-today counts, an agenda, a week calendar, and Plan My Day to drop unscheduled tasks into your work hours.
Turn a recurring task into a habit with a target per day, week or month. The streak counts periods that hit the target, with a 30-day heatmap.
List, Grid, Board, Timeline and an Eisenhower Matrix. Each tab remembers the view you last used.
A calm per-task timer instead of a permanent bar. Minimise it to a pill, and it keeps counting accurately even with the screen locked.
Open the same workspace on another device with just the passphrase, or scan a QR code. No logins, no email.
Stored on your device in IndexedDB via a Y.js CRDT, and synced to the cloud only as end-to-end ciphertext. Export to JSON anytime for backup.
Most task managers store your data on their servers in readable form: personal tasks, work notes, habit and focus history, all of it. Sibuk Banget is designed the other way around. Your data is encrypted end-to-end on your device, and the server only stores ciphertext that can't be read without your passphrase.
Sync between devices uses a passphrase, not accounts. Devices that are online at the same time sync directly via WebRTC peer-to-peer, while cloud sync keeps an encrypted copy so your data can still be recovered even when every other device is offline. Because everything is end-to-end encrypted, the server can't read your tasks.
There's no recovery, that's the trade-off of the zero-account design. Keep your passphrase safe, or export your data regularly as a backup.
Data on that device is gone, but encrypted cloud sync keeps a safe copy of your workspace. Enter the passphrase on a new device and your data is restored. Still export manually as an extra backup.
As many devices as know your passphrase. Devices online at the same time sync in real time via WebRTC, and all of them also keep an encrypted copy in cloud sync.
